The house, set in the great outdoors of the Pohorje forests, was built in the 1990s. The building had a compact floor plan, rooms with small window openings and dilapidated furnishings. The investor wanted to revamp the house, connect it with its surroundings and bring it closer to the modern lifestyle. The renovation of the house aims to connect the interior living space with its green environs surrounding the house. Small square footage with a thoughtful design makes for a comfortable life in a house that has just about everything we need. (Photo: Matic Škarabot)

The COMFORT OPTIMO XLS wood-aluminium window has clear lines that go extremely well with contemporary design. An alignment between the frame and casement gives this window a particular trendy look. Its thicker profile, however, makes this window thermally more efficient.
